FALL Postpartum Series

Now that you have brought a beautiful baby into this world, it is time to rehab your mind, body & soul! Trust me, you do not want to miss out on this series. It is an twelve class, six week series that will establish a solid core foundation, wake up your posterior chain, and enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into every day life tasks. You will also get the amazing opportunity to meet and connect with other mamas of our community.

If you are in Roaring Fork Valley, there is no reason to look any further for postpartum rehabilitation. Our focus is overall functionality of the body. We start from the inside-out by finding that ideal diaphragm breath that may have disappear due to birth. Then, we take you through appropriate functional movements class by class, week by week.

The immediate postpartum period is ideal time to re-calibrate, reset, and establish a solid foundation that will carry you into the coming years of your life. We respect the postpartum period and understand that postpartum is truly forever. We want to give you tools, physical and non-physical, that will evolve with you over time!

Class Schedule: September 25th Through November 1st

Class Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 2:30-3:30

Cost: $220.00 (Payment is accepted in cash, check or charge and due at the first class)

Note: Non-Mobile babies are welcome to attend. This is not intended to be a Mommy and me class, so I recommend you bring mats, blankets or holders that baby is comfortable in so that you may be able to work :) Toddlers are also welcome as long as material is brought to entertain them.
